What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, email, phone number, preferred contact method and a description of your matter. If you use the AI concierge, the questions you type are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess whether and how we can help, and (if you instruct us) to provide our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Saved drafts on your device

To let you continue an enquiry later, the form saves your progress in your own browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is deleted when you submit the form or choose "Start over".

AI concierge

The concierge uses a third-party AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to generate answers. Please don't include confidential or sensitive personal information in chat. Use the enquiry form instead. The concierge gives general information, not legal advice.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry data for [retention period] and do not sell it. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email and hosting providers) under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing kumen@naidoolegal.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
